Hard Surface Cleaning and Sealing
We gladly clean tile and grout and offer sealing of hard surfaces. Sealing after cleaning prolongs the lifespan of your surfaces. Kleenco uses Dry-Treat world leading impregnating sealers and enhancers that are engineered to protect and maintain a wide range of porous surfaces, from all types of natural stone, to concrete, brick, pavers, tiles grout and other surface and structural materials.
The special penetrating sealer’s molecules are hundreds of times smaller than competitor stone sealers and penetrate much deeper into the pore structure, even that of dense natural stones like granite. Inside the pores, our special sealing molecules bond permanently by chemical reactions, creating a substantial, deep oil and water repellent barrier.
The deeper barrier not only provides great surface stain protection, but also protection against more serious common types of damage caused by water ingress, including efflorescence, salt spalling and freeze-thaw spalling.

High Pressure Cleaning
Kleenco is known for our specialised expertise in high pressure cleaning. From hot pressure washing of paving, concrete and road surfaces, to graffiti removal, chemical spill response, building façade and structural washdowns, we use tailored equipment suited to each particular job.
Our pressure cleaning solutions are thorough, environmentally friendly, efficient and safe.
High temperature steam strips and sanitises. And high pressure (2,000-4,000 psi) removes fat, dirt, chewing gum, mould, stains and other undesirable substances swiftly and effectively from all surfaces.
Our machines are fitted with waste water recovery so there is no waste water going into storm drains. Due to the powerful combination of 90° steam and pressure, no chemicals are needed. There are lower carbon emissions, in line with Euro 6 legislation.
Efficiency is improved because handheld pressure cleaning is no longer required, there is no pedestrian interference and can be used day or night due to equipment being well below standard noise levels. There are no hazardous high pressure hoses and the ground is left dry for immediate use.

Vinyl Floor Stripping & Sealing
Vinyl floors lose their sheen over time. Without proper maintenance, these floors can also discolour through the use of incorrect cleaning solutions or a build up of wax. If the layers of sealant don’t wear away then the surface of the vinyl becomes permanently damaged which affects the longevity of your flooring.
Vinyl stripping is a process of removing a layer or layers of sealer, and cleaning and resealing the surface. Depending on the condition of the floor, this can involve the removal of just some of the top layers, and the application of a new top layer, or the removal and resealing of all layers.
